At Think Happy Live Healthy we provide a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to mental health services.  Our therapists each specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, and/or adults and acknowledge the connection between mental health and physical health.   At THLH we go beyond traditional talk therapy to treat mental health issues by looking at the whole person. Our therapy includes treating lifestyle habits such as increasing movement, nurturing a healthy relationship with food, and strengthening social connectedness.  We realize the strong connection between our body and minds and use that to provide a more effective kind of treatment for our patients.
